Beth Paretta had a dream: To create the first all-female racing team. The problem? 0.2% of jobs in Indy racing are held by women.

That’s basically zero. 

We needed tackle gender bias, underrepresentation in STEM, and barriers to entry to take women in racing from zero to 60. The task was ambitious, but we refused to let off the gas — making bold moves to shatter barriers and blaze a trail for women in racing as fast as possible.
